Ordering from VSC is simple...

Size Chart
1. Once you have decided on the special items you want, go to the Size Chartpage and fill out the measurements completely. I need accurate numbers to work with to fit you properly--you will never get pre-made garments at VSC!    MAKE SURE YOUR TAPE PLACEMENT MATCHES THE DIAGRAM!!

Fabrics

2. There is a special page where you can see the fabrics available and select the one you prefer.The link "go to FABRICS" will get you there.  Please note that some are STRETCHY and others are NON-STRETCHY.  I will contact you if the fabric you chose is not suited to the garment.

Payments

3. All payments are made via PAYPAL so you can be confident that it is safe, secure, encrypted, and fast.  I also accept mail orders--US postal money orders only please. Payable to- V.Campbell.   I CANNOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.   Again, e-mail for additional details.

Shipping

Because everything is hand made for you, orders will take 2 weeks to make MAXIMUM. If I get crazy-busy, I will send an e-mail to alert you of any delays--Overnite shipping is an option in the US, but expensive (send me a message for info on fees). International orders run a bit higher...I use first class mail overseas - slower, but cheaper for you!  Paypal will automatically calculate and include postage when you order. If the system charges more than cost plus handling, I refund via your paypal account International orders take 6 to 10 business days.

All domestic orders are sent in a discrete, brown wrapped box. Underneath, each order is wrapped like a present, complete with  ribbons, and bows! On larger orders, I always include a small surprise--maybe a little stuffy friend, hair ribbons, baby bracelets, or whatever I feel is fun...

Guarantee

My work is the BEST available at a moderate price--all seams are double sewn for durability, fabrics used are NOT seconds, and I will always stand behind my product. Please remember that I cannot fit you properly without accurate measurements. I have been sewing custom tailored garments for over 30 years--I started VSC as "Auntie V" 22 years ago in California, then moved my business and family to Texas where many babies remember me from. My clothes have been on television on 'Montel", are featured in Baby girl photos by Don Staats, and are still looking beautiful on all the pretty baby girls at "Adult Baby Source" website.

If there is a problem with size, or the fit of a garment, make sure your measurements are correct-- if the item received is not correct in color or fabric type,  let me know (this hasn't happened yet)

Because of the custom ordering, and the nature of these garments, I cannot offer to take them back and refund money--but rest assured, we will work together to solve any issues that may arise.
